What is RATERWARE? +

RATERWARE is an advanced team evaluation and performance management software designed to help managers make objective, data-driven decisions. The platform allows you to rate team members across multiple criteria, providing a clear and structured overview of their strengths, areas for improvement, and overall progress over time.

The platform offers a comprehensive approach to performance management, incorporating detailed metrics and insights that not only track individual employee performance but also identify team-wide trends. Whether you’re a small business or a large organization, RATERWARE adapts to your needs, making it an indispensable tool for fostering continuous improvement and development within your teams.

How does AI help in RATERWARE? +

RATERWARE leverages cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to transform raw data into valuable insights. The AI analyzes historical performance data, spotting patterns, trends, and anomalies that might not be immediately visible to managers. By doing so, it helps identify performance indicators that signal high performance, as well as early warnings for potential issues such as declining engagement, risk of turnover, or burnout.

The AI-driven insights allow managers to make proactive decisions, preventing small issues from becoming larger problems. For example, if a team member shows a consistent drop in certain metrics, RATERWARE's AI can flag this behavior early, prompting managers to intervene with coaching or additional support. It not only automates much of the analysis but also provides personalized recommendations, allowing you to focus on actionable steps that can improve overall team dynamics and performance.


Note: AI-powered features are available exclusively to users on the Professional or Enterprise plans. If you are on the Basic plan and wish to access these advanced tools, consider upgrading your subscription.

When do I know when it's time to evaluate my team members? +

Each month, you will receive a notification email reminding you to evaluate your team members. These notifications are typically sent between the 23rd and 27th of the month, ensuring you have enough time to complete your evaluations before the end of the month.

To prevent overloading the system when sending out many emails, notifications are distributed over several days. This ensures smooth delivery and timely reminders.


However, you are free to evaluate your team at any time. There are no strict rules or limitations. Whether you evaluate your team multiple times a month or skip a month, all ratings are stored with their respective dates.

The RATERWARE platform is YOUR tool — Use it as it suits you!

Can I use RATERWARE on my mobile device? +

RATERWARE is not suitable for mobile phone devices yet.


Though we are working on making RATERWARE usable for mobile devices, we strongly reccomend to use a larger device like a laptop or workstation with a large monitor

This is due to many details and data shown on the screens.

RATERWRAE is already optimized for use with most IPads, but we have not testet with other tablets yet.

Where can I find my invoices? +

If you need to access your invoices, you can find them in the Stripe customer portal.


To access the portal:

  • Log in to your dashboard.
  • Click the burger menu (three lines icon) in the top navigation bar.
  • Select the "Customer Dashboard" option from the menu.

In the customer portal, you’ll find all your past invoices available for download or printing.


Note: Only administrators have access to the customer portal. If you do not see this option, please contact your account administrator for assistance.

How do I upgrade my plan? +

Upgrading your RATERWARE subscription unlocks additional features like AI-powered insights, multi-team support, and advanced performance analytics. Follow the steps below to upgrade to either the Professional or Enterprise plan.


Upgrading to Professional

To upgrade to the Professional plan:

  • Log in to your dashboard.
  • Click the burger menu (three lines icon) in the top navigation bar.
  • Select the "Customer Dashboard" option from the menu.
  • In the Customer portal, select the option to upgrade your subscription.
  • Choose the Professional plan and confirm your upgrade.

Once upgraded, you will immediately gain access to Professional features, including:

  • AI-tools
  • Administartion og multiple teams and managers

Upgrading to Enterprise

To upgrade to the Enterprise plan, click the button below to send an email to our support team. The email will be pre-filled with your request details for your convenience.

The Enterprise plan includes tailored features such as unlimited team management, advanced analytics, and priority support, designed for larger organizations or complex team structures.

Can I downgrade my Raterware subscription? +

Unfortunately, downgrades are not possible in Raterware due to technical constraints. Each subscription tier is designed for specific team sizes and configurations. For instance, the Basic version supports one user and up to ten members, while the Professional and Enterprise tiers allow for multiple users and teams with 100+ members. Downgrading would create issues with existing user and member data, so we recommend carefully selecting the tier that best fits your needs.

However, you can always upgrade to a higher tier.

How do I cancel my subscription plan? +

Though we are sad to see you go, we thank you for your trust in us.


To cancel your subscription, please send an email to our support team.

This method allows us to ensure that all your customer data is properly removed from our databases in accordance with GDPR requirements.

When canceling, we would really appreciate some feedback on why you are leaving us.
