Methodological statement
Our model operationalizes established HR research. Risk indicators are derived from the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) framework for burnout; high performance is interpreted in light of the learning-agility and sustained-performance literature; and signs of “growing out of role” draw on the Job Characteristics Model (under-challenge/low stimulation). Reporting aligns with ISO 30414 themes (capabilities, well-being/attendance, and mobility). To reduce noise and ensure robust trends, we apply time-series smoothing (exponential moving average), linear trend estimation, and personal baseline normalization (z-scores), with minimum data thresholds and simple rater-bias controls.

Unfortunately, downgrades are not possible in Raterware due to technical constraints. Each subscription tier is designed for specific team sizes and configurations. For instance, the Basic version supports one user and up to ten members, while the Professional and Enterprise tiers allow for multiple users and teams with 100+ members. Downgrading would create issues with existing user and member data, so we recommend carefully selecting the tier that best fits your needs.

Once a month you will recieve an notification email reminding you that it's time to rate your team.

Follow the link, log in and evaluate your members.

But you can evaluate your team whenever you want to, there are no "rules".

We store and show the ratings by date, so if you feel for rating 3 times in the same month or if you miss a month, there will be no "holes" in the charts. The RATERWARE platform is YOUR tool, use it as you plaese.

At Raterware, your security is our top priority. That’s why we use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), also known as 2-Factor Authentication, to provide an additional layer of protection for your account.

MFA requires not only your password but also a second factor, such as a one-time password (OTP) generated by an authenticator app like Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator.

How to set up MFA for your Raterware account:

1. Download an authenticator app from the Google Play Store (for Android) or the App Store (for iOS).
2. Open the app and follow the instructions to add a new account.
3. When you enable MFA in Raterware, you’ll be shown a QR code.
4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
5. Enter the generated OTP (one-time password) from your app into Raterware to complete the setup.
